Qualitative researches, which are subjective and non-statistical in nature, use techniques such as Focus Groups or Discussion Groups. Notably, this technique often uses the so-called one-way mirror room. The moderator records all meetings in audio and video for further analysis, and Inova LIVE can transmit them via the web in real time.

In all surveys involving prior recruitment of participants, Inova checks through CRQ/ABEP to analyze the participation of each guest in other Qualitative researches.

As a basic premise, any guest who has already participated in another study on the same subject for less than 2 years will be automatically vetoed so that other candidates may have the opportunity to express their opinion.

We are licensed to use one of the most important software tools in the market: SPSS. .
